Do you ever stop being homesick?
I left my hometown and homestate when I was 18. I’m still unsettled. When my mother sends photos like this one, of their most recent snowstorm, I just want to go home.
I’ve always felt homesick for where my Mom and step-family live. Though I haven’t lived there long-term since I was 10 years old! We now live within an hour and a half from there, but whenever I’m there it feels like home.
