  1. No, I just got my copy (and a free Apple T shirt). But whenever I do an OS upgrade, I always clone my disk first, just in case. And archive and install is a much better way to go with any OS–it creates a clean copy of the system, rather than upgrading bits and pieces of the older OS.

  3. Make sure you back up your disk, and do the “archive and install” rather than “upgrade”.

    perhaps … LightHusband is torn. We have hockey games this weekend and he does not want to mess up his computer when he’s going to have so many photos to process. Sooo … I may be the guinea pig.
